Keep your account safe
- Use the official ANASTARIA website and client downloads.
- Never give your password to another player or include it in a support report.
- Check the website address before signing in.
- If you save login details, use your own trusted computer.
Installing an update
- Close every copy of the game.
- Use the official patch for your client version.
- Follow the installer instructions and keep its backup until the update is confirmed working.
- Open the game again and check the changed feature.
Do not mix files from unrelated clients or add unknown DLLs to fix a problem. If an update fails, keep the exact error message and contact support.
Level 400 but no Master EXP
Check your class advancement and hunt monsters of level 95 or higher. Starting-area monsters are too low for Master EXP. Read the Master Level guide.
A command or event is rejected
Read the message and check the requirements. Reset, Master Reset, instant evolution, PK clearing by command and free Zen are unavailable. For events, check your level, invitation grade and the registration countdown.
A missing map file or visual problem
Record the error or take a screenshot. Include the map and coordinates if possible. Do not repeatedly teleport to a destination that closes the client. If the problem appears only with 3D mode, turn 3D off and include that detail in your report.
Send a useful report
Include your character name, server time, map, coordinates, what you did and the exact message or screenshot. Explain whether the problem repeats. Never send passwords, saved-login files or unrelated personal information.
An upgrade failure is not automatically a bug. Check the selected recipe and its possible outcomes before repeating an expensive action.
