Find a bug — earn a reward
Help us improve Anastaria. Original, reproducible game bugs may receive a reward after the team verifies the issue and its impact. Reports are private.
- Minor
- Incorrect text or a visual issue.
- Moderate
- A quest, skill or event behaving incorrectly.
- Major
- Lost progress or a significant unfair advantage.
- Critical
- Item/currency duplication or an account compromise.
- Rewards are decided individually. No fixed amounts or automatic bonuses are promised.
- The first sufficiently complete report of an unknown, confirmed issue has priority. Duplicates are not separately rewarded.
- Report exploits privately. Do not repeat them for gain, trade affected items or publish instructions.
- Do not send passwords, recovery codes or payment information. For urgent account issues, contact [email protected].
