01 Account registration & security
Your account is your responsibility. Use a valid email address and keep your credentials private.
- Protect your password and Personal ID. Account sharing is undertaken at your own risk.
- Buying, selling or transferring accounts requires official authorization.
- Do not impersonate administrators, game masters or other players.
02 Fair play & game integrity
Progress and competition must take place within the intended game mechanics.
- Cheats, hacks, unauthorized automation, packet manipulation and tools that provide an unfair advantage are prohibited.
- Do not exploit bugs, duplicate items or currencies, abuse vulnerabilities, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access.
- Report suspected exploits or security vulnerabilities privately through official support.
03 Community conduct
Treat other players and staff with respect, including during competitive play.
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech and repeated abusive behavior are prohibited.
- Scamming, phishing, impersonation and deliberate deception are prohibited.
- Do not advertise unrelated servers, malicious links or unauthorized services.
04 Gameplay, PvP & guilds
PvP, guild competition, duels and Castle Siege form part of the intended MU Online experience. Respect the mechanics and restrictions of each game mode.
Match manipulation, coordinated exploitation and abuse of unintended mechanics are prohibited. Legitimate competitive gameplay does not, by itself, constitute harassment or a rule violation.

05 Virtual items & economy
Characters, items and currencies exist within the ANASTARIA game environment. Fraudulent transactions, duplicated assets and exploitation of the economy may result in sanctions.
- Real-money trading outside officially authorized systems is prohibited.
- Game balance, drop rates, rewards and virtual economies may be adjusted to maintain server integrity.
06 Donations & optional services
Use only officially authorized channels for optional purchases or donations. Virtual rewards and services do not grant ownership of server infrastructure or game data.
Where applicable, refund eligibility is governed by the purchase terms presented at checkout and mandatory consumer protection laws. Optional purchases do not exempt a player from server rules.
07 Administration, enforcement & appeals
Administrators may investigate suspected violations and apply proportionate sanctions, including warnings, temporary suspensions or permanent bans. Serious violations may result in immediate account suspension.
You may submit an appeal through official support. Explain the situation and provide relevant evidence; staff decisions may be reviewed when credible evidence is available.
08 Service availability & updates
ANASTARIA is an independently operated MU Online private server. Maintenance, updates, technical interruptions and balance adjustments may occur.
Reasonable efforts will be made to protect account information and preserve game progress. Continuous availability and an entirely error-free service cannot be guaranteed.
09 Privacy & personal information
Registration information is used to operate accounts, provide services, maintain security and communicate essential account information.
Do not obtain, disclose or misuse another player's private information. Personal data is handled according to applicable data protection requirements. Direct questions about account information to official support.
10 Acceptance & future changes
By registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service and Server Rules.
ANASTARIA may update these rules when necessary. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate official channels.
