Level 380 equipment has its own special-option system. It is separate from item upgrade level, Excellent lines, Ancient sets and Socket Seeds. Reaching character level 380 does not automatically add these options to your equipment.
Check eligibility
Only items on the eligible 380-item list can use this process. An ordinary sword upgraded to +15 does not become 380 equipment just because its level is high. Check the item requirements and the special-option lines on the tooltip.
Adding the special options
Put in the Chaos Machine: 1 eligible 380 item +4 or higher with an additional option, 1 Jewel of Guardian and 1 Jewel of Harmony. Nothing else. The item must not already have its 380 options.

- On failure the item stays, but the Jewel of Guardian, the Jewel of Harmony and the Zen are lost.
- The rates are the same for Free and VIP. The Castle Siege Chaos tax is added on top of the Zen.
- Tip: upgrade the item to +7 first. It costs Bless and Soul, but raises this chance from 50% to 70%.

The effects in these examples are assigned to the eligible item type. You do not choose any two effects from the whole system. Other eligible pieces can have different combinations.
PvP and general effects are different
Some 380 options explicitly affect PvP attack, damage or defence. Others affect maximum HP, maximum SD or SD recovery. A line called “Add Damage PvP” does not promise the same damage increase against monsters.
Current option definitions include +200 maximum HP and +700 maximum SD, but those values are assigned only where the item’s combination uses them. They are not automatic bonuses on every 380 item.
Before you spend jewels
Separate the goal: raising the item to +10 is not the same as adding its 380 options. Read the Chaos Machine guide for upgrade materials and failure risk. If the tooltip, recognised recipe or displayed result is unclear, report it before confirming an expensive attempt.
