The website Market lets you list eligible items from your account warehouse. Sign in to the website to use it. This is separate from the in-game marketplace and Personal Store.
How prices work
A seller can request Zen, Chaos, Bless, Soul, Life and Creation, individually or together. A price of 2 Bless + 5 Soul requires both amounts. It is not a choice between them.
Enter whole quantities. Set unused currencies to 0; at least one currency must have a positive amount.
Sell an item
- Put the item you want to sell in your warehouse, then disconnect your account from the game.
- Sign in on the website and open the Market selling page.
- Select an eligible warehouse item. Items marked as blocked cannot be listed.
- Enter the requested currency quantities, review the item and the complete price, then choose Sell.
- A successfully listed item is removed from your warehouse while it is offered for sale.
Buy an item
- Place the full payment in your warehouse. Zen must be warehouse Zen; jewels must be the individual jewel items. Jewels carried by a character or packed into bundles are not substitutes.
- Leave room in your warehouse for the purchased item. The seller also needs space for received jewels and room within the warehouse Zen limit.
- Disconnect from the game and sign in to the website.
- Review the item, options and every requested currency, then confirm the purchase.
- After a successful purchase, the item goes to the buyer's warehouse and the payment goes to the seller's warehouse.
Both buyer and seller must be disconnected from the game for a purchase. A seller who returns to the game can prevent a purchase even while the listing is visible. You may remain signed in to the website.
Withdraw an unsold listing
Disconnect from the game and leave enough warehouse space before removing your own unsold listing. A successful removal returns the item to your warehouse. A completed sale cannot be cancelled this way.
If an action fails
Check connection status, payment amounts and warehouse space. Refresh the listing and your warehouse before trying again. Record the item and error message if the result is unclear.
These steps describe the current website implementation. A full live sale and purchase test is still pending; this guide does not certify every transaction scenario.
