The Jewel of Harmony system is now fully reachable on ANASTARIA. Until now, Elpis, who turns Gemstones into Jewels of Harmony, only appeared inside the Kanturu Refinery Tower after the Kanturu event.
- Elpis now stands permanently in Aida (82, 13), between Osbourne (Refining Stones) and Jerridon (option removal). All three Harmony NPCs are in one place.
- Refining a Gemstone succeeds 80% of the time. Gemstones drop in Kanturu 1 and Kanturu 2.
- Harmony works on normal and Excellent weapons, staffs and armour, up to Harmony level 13. Ancient and Socket items do not accept it.
